1 large potato
Your choice of seasoning, such as paprika or sea salt
Slice the potato very thinly. Using a potato peeler or the slicing side of your cheese grater will do nicely.
Spray a large, microwaveable dinner plate with Frylight and lay the potato slices on top. Spray the tops of the slices with more Frylight.
Put the plate in the microwave and cook on full power for 3-5 minutes. The crisps need to be golden brown or they will not be crispy!
When they are cooked, toss them in your choice of seasoning and enjoy!
