Ingredients:

  • Bacon (trimmed)
  • Spinach
  • Onion
  • Mushrooms
  • Peppers
  • 4 Eggs
  • Quark

Method:
Fry bacon, spinach, onion, mushrooms and peppers in fry light until cooked. Distribute evenly into Yorkshire pudding tins. Mix eggs and quark together and pour over fried mixture.
Cook for 30 minutes in a medium heat oven.
