French Toast

Delicious French Toast with cinnamon, which is great for any breakfast. You can server with fruit and drizzle some sugar-free syrup onto this for extra taste.

1 egg
40 ml milk from your HE A
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
2 (small) Slices of wholemeal bread, from your HE B

Beat the eggs, milk, and cinnamon together. Whisk until well blended.
Dip each slice of bread into the egg mixture, allowing bread to soak up some of the mixture.
Using Frylight, fry over a large skillet on medium high heat.
Fry until brown on both sides, flipping the bread when necessary.

Serves: 1
