Overnight Oats

1) 40g porridge oats
200g fat-free natural yogurt
Mixed blueberries, strawberries and raspberries, reserving some for topping

2) 40g porridge oats
1 Mullerlight yogurt
Grated apple
Ground cinnamon

1) Layer the porridge, yogurt and fruit in a jar or bowl. Cover and chill overnight so the porridge absorbs all the yogurt. In the morning, stir to mix the layers together, then top with more fruit.

2) Mix the porridge with the yogurt, grated apple and cinnamon Leave overnight and then stir thoroughly.
