Spaghetti and Quornballs
Ingredients:
Pack of Quorn (meat)balls
Medium Onion
Carton of Passata
Tin of Chopped Tomatoes
2 Garlic Cloves
Teaspoon of Oregano
300g Spaghetti – Wholemeal is healthiest
Frylight
Method:
Fry onions and Quorn balls together in Frylight for 5-10 minutes
Add the rest of the ingredients and simmer
Meanwhile put the spaghetti on to boil
When the spaghetti is cooked, the Quorn ball mixture should be ready.
Drain the spaghetti and serve.

You can optionally add your daily quota of cheese for an extra creamy topping.

Tried this last night and it was lovely. I used chopped tomatoes and had no passata so it was quite a chunky sauce but still yummy 🙂
