- 1/2 Packet of ‘Smash’ Instant Mash Potato
- Tomato Puree
- Mixed Herbs
- 80g Low Fat Cheddar
Mix the ‘Smash’ mixture into a thick, doughy consistency.
Roll out into a base at the desired thickness.
Spray a baking tray with Frylight and add your dough, coating the base with Frylight.
Add to a hot oven and cook until golden at 200dg. Turn and cook until the other side is golden.
Add your Passata and Puree mixture to the base (as much or little as you wish).
Sprinkle with grated cheese and mixed herbs.
Cook until cheese is golden.
