I like my carbs, and for health reasons can't eat a lot of meat, so the Green days are perfect for me!

I am an old school ‘Slimming Worlder’ and cannot get used to Extra Easy days. Not sure where I went wrong but whenever I have tried them I have gained or STS.
My favourite day has to be green – so filling and there are plenty of meat substitutes out there to enjoy. It’s easier to compensate for meat on a green day than potato on an original day.
Sadly green days are not very successful for me due to the high carb content. I will have to start mixing it up with a few original days.
Could really use some tips on how to stay full on original as I do miss my carbs!
