Ingredients:
3 tsps of any flavour Options hot chocolate (or 1 sachet)
1 egg
1 tbsp sweetener
2 tbsp Quark
1/2 tsp of cinnamon (can be left out)

Method:
Add the options, sweetener and cinnamon to a microwavable mug.
Make a small well and add the egg and quark then mix to form a paste.
Microwave for 1 minute, then check to see if it's cooked, it may take a little longer..
