Look out for an overhaul of the eating plans at Slimming World this week, as we’ve been promised some ‘exciting changes’. From what I gather, there will be changes that you may like, some you may not. However, I recommend that if what you are doing is working, why change it unless you want to? 😉

Well, the changes are that they are basically saying if you want to lose weight you need to cut out as many carbs as possible. The new weight loss plan with this in mind is purely optional with Extra Easy still being promoted. However, the green plan has worked for me in the past, so I’m going to stick with it. It’s all about portion control – within SW, free means you don’t have to weigh, it doesn’t mean eat indiscriminately!
If, like myself, you don’t eat a lot of meat, the green plan could be what you need, but you will have to look at older versions of the eating plan as they seem to be phasing ‘Original’ and ‘Green’ plans out and pushing ‘Extra Easy’ as the way forward.
