I had an americano with skimmed milk – all good and ordered the lowest calorie panini going – the Tuna Melt. Also my fave – what luck!!
No. Could not get the SW website to load during our visit to Costa so did a quick google search for ‘syns in a tuna panini’. 15.5 syns according to a familiar forum. Great, a little over but as yesterday was syn free that was fine. Until I got home and checked for defs…
Costa bake their Panini’s on sour dough bread which is MUCH more calorific and as a result cost me 23.5 syns!! Ouchie.
