I knew I’d let myself slip and weigh in this week confirmed another 5lb (in 4 weeks) gain taking my gain since hitting target to 1 stone 3lbs. Determined now and after browsing through some pictures of myself at target I resolve to get back to that within 3 months which means I need to be losing 1.5lb per week. A realistic aim I think as I am too low to be seeing huge 3 -4 lb losses each week.
So I have purchase a 6 week countdown to get me going and am completely back on track. Healthy food stocked up and even as we speak I am watching my husband enjoying my Mum’s homemade fruit cake while I settle for a banana.
I need to get back on track but finding it difficult with Christmas etc and my daughters 16th birthday today also my mam is here from Spain and just love her cooking which is healthy but olive oil etc :(, my mam goes back home on Saturday so my goal is to start a fresh from then 🙂 it’s my weigh in tonight what will the scales reveal ?????
