Easy Cheesy Vegetable Pie
Ingredients:
2 medium carrots
2 medium parsnips
1 large onion
2 celery sticks
Handful of chopped savoy cabbage
Quarter of a small swede
2 cloves of garlic, crushed
Sprinkle of chopped chilli seeds (optional)
Level tspn English mustard
400 ml vegetable stock
2 packets of Asda Chosen By You Minute Mash, cheese and onion
Method:
Chop and dice the carrots, parsnips, swede, cabbage, onion and celery sticks and fry in Frylight with the garlic, mustard and chilli seeds for up to 10 minutes.
Add the stock and simmer until the veg is almost cooked
Place the mixture in a lasagne dish (or similar)
Make up the mash as directed and spread over the top of the veg mixture
Cook in a hot oven (200c, 400f) until the mash has browned nicely
Serve with whatever speed veg you want
