If you are thinking of making the Scan Bran onion bhajis, you may find that if you follow the recipe exactly, the mixture may not bind enough to be able to fry without them falling to pieces! To counteract this I beat in another egg, spooned the mixture onto a baking tray (a tablespoon for each one) sprayed with Fry Light, sprayed the bhajis and baked them for 15-20 minutes.
These went down very well, and for only 5 Syns for the entire batch, you don’t even have to share!
