Member & Visitor Survey

As we are very new, we’d love to gather information about our members and website visitors. You do NOT have to be logged in, and your IP address is NOT stored on the server, so this survey can be filled in completely anonymously if you wish.

You will have the option to not specify an answer for a lot of the questions, but it would help very much if you answer as many as possible.

We will use this information to better enable us to focus our advertising and promotional efforts more accurately. Thank you!
