Syn Free Gravy


beef oxo cubes
200ml water, boiling
Handful of frozen onions
Small handful of frozen mixed peppers
Small handful of frozen dices swede
Small handful of frozen diced carrot
garlic clove, peeled and crushed
heaped tsp rosemary
Salt and freshly ground black pepper

No need for frylight as the onions and peppers are frozen they will cook nicely without it.
Cook the onions and pepper for about 4 minutes, add the garlic and cook for a further minute.
Pour the boiling water in the pot and add the oxo cubes, carrot and swede and season.
Cook for about 20 minutes on a medium heat.
Remove from the heat and leave to cool down for 10 minutes.
Use an electric hand blender and blend ( dont blend it so much that all veg disappears)
Add the rosemary, return to the heat and simmer for another 20 minutes.

Serve over syn free chips or a delicious roast dinner.
